According to my Periodica philologica abbreviata, by Tor Ulving (Stockholm:
Almqvist & Wiksell, 1963), BICS stands for Bulletin of the Institute of
Classical Studies of the University of London. A casual look at the MLA
list did not turn up a listing, so it may be moribund.
