We would love to hear what people consider "necessary and
doable projects". And, once they are defined, we are just as interested
in participating.

Can something be learned from the people at the St. Pachomius Library
(http://www.ocf.org/OrthodoxPage/reading/St.Pachomius/Welcome.html)?
The vast majority of their contributors are volunteers.
