Have you looked at Ntergaid's _HyperWriter_ or the latest incarnation
of Owl International's _Guide_ (for both Mac & IBM)? I believe the
latter has just been bought up by another firm, however. It may still
have an 800 number for those calling within North America. The former
can be reached at the following U.S. numbers last time I checked (Spring '95):
