The Medieval Institute and The Department of Art, Art History and Design,
University of Notre Dame, is pleased to announce the on-line
Inventory-Catalogue of the Drawings of the Biblioteca Ambrosiana, Milan.
The inventory, funded in part by the Samuel H. Kress Foundation, may be
accessed at the following Web-site address:


The inventory, still under construction, makes available information
regarding 4700 drawings conserved in the Biblioteca Ambrosiana. The
scanning of images is on-going. For further information, please contact
Dr. Robert Randolf Coleman, Project Director
