I don't know if this exactly qualifies, but Vaclav Havel's play *The
Memorandum* features an invented language called "ptydepe."

Briefly, the play which satirizes bureaucracy is about an office where all
memos must be written in ptydepe, and how a complete breakdown in
communication results.
