             Subject: New Search Engine Company

There is a new search engine company (start up phase) called "Thrownet" at
http://www.thrownet.com which is advertising for linguists and
computational linguists who can provide a one question one response
functionality for a search engine front end. Does anyone know what
technologies they are using (if this is public information)? The last I
heard they were looking at the Franklin parser out of New Jersey. For
those of you who are interested they seem to be offering a lot of jobs.
