Subject: DH training resources for IT support

Dear Humanists,

I currently work in IT support at a certain university, and one thing that
has occurred to me is that I might need to provide software and hardware
support to digital humanities researchers.

Are there any useful resources or online training courses for this? (I'm
presently teaching myself XML, if that's any help.) It would be helpful,
especially given the large body of archival material we have at our
disposal.

In any case, many thanks for your time.

Kind regards,

- Alexander Hay
