It is concerned with the epistemology of participation in artfully composed socio-technical systems, including conceptions of working knowledge, design thinking, and the epistemic dimensions of play. The faculty of the summer school includes Natascha Adamowsky (director, University of Siegen Germany), Pelle Ehn (Malmö, Sweden), Fabio Grigenti (Padua), Natalia Nikiforova (HSE Moscow), Alfred Nordmann (TU Darmstadt, Germany), Gaetano Rametta (Padua), Barbara Maria Savy (Padua), Astrid Schwarz (BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg, Germany), Marzia Soavi (Padua), Cheryce von Xylander (Leuphana Lüneburg, Germany).
