I have had fun imagining what objects surround digital humanists in their
work spaces after reading Sara Ahmed quote, in Queer Phenomenology, Diana

the theatre of composition is not an empty space but a place animated by
artifacts, momentos, machines, books, and furniture that frame any
intellectual labour. (2004, The Sense of an Interior: Four Writers and the
Rooms that Shaped Them)
