Definitely get in touch with the people running The William Blake Archive
and the Blake Digital Text Project. They're both very early free-access DH
sites that recently retooled themselves.

I'm not quite sure what year Digital Harlem
(DigitalHarlem.org) was first online but the Black
Metropolis ARC grant which funded it ran from 2003 - 2007.
Originally a bespoke application in MySQL-PHP it was
migrated to Heurist (HeuristNetwork.org) in 2013.

Dear Drew,

You might find it interesting to look at King's Digital Lab legacy
'estate'; see https://kdl.kcl.ac.uk/our-work/archiving-sustainability/ for
a comprehensive list and this article which explains the holistic process
behind decisions of migration and other options related to post-project
archiving and maintenance:

Best wishes,
Arianna
