NOW HIRING, UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH FLORIDA, TAMPA LIBRARIES

USF Libraries, Tampa, are excited to announce two new positions in our
emerging Research Platform Team (RPT) unit. Immediate RPT openings are
available for qualified librarians in Digital Humanities.

Successful candidates will join existing teams covering the Geosciences
and History/Classics. Although experts in GIS, 3D technologies, and data
management are already available to support the new teams, new RPT leads
will be invited to recommend additional professional hires to support
their team goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM: A Master's degree from an ALA-accredited program in Library
Science and appropriate experience as a professional librarian,
consistent with university guidelines. Evidence of professional growth
through publication, association activities, or other contributions to
the field.

PREFERRED: The ideal candidate will possess a second Master’s degree in
a field directly relevant to the position sought (you make the case in
the cover letter); or a minimum of six years of professional experience
as a librarian serving the target audience
