re: Academia

I do have a (free) account with them, and so get a stream of "click-bait"
notices about someone cited one of my publications or published something
in an area in which I've published, or ...

When I try to follow up, generally I'm told that I need to sign up for a
paid account to see this very important, extremely relevant information.
